A falafel and Mediterranean-inspired street food concept being developed for Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
What we are building
Fresh falafel, hummus, salads, pita, bowls and drinks — with Asian-inspired flavors. We are testing menu ideas, food combinations and neighborhood interest before committing to our first location. We also offer free Cambodia visit and living guides as a separate part of this community hub.
Current stage: validation
We have not announced a confirmed restaurant address or opening date. Menu images may be concept visuals; prices are research estimates rather than final selling prices. No online ordering or restaurant reservations are available. Joining our Founders list means expressing interest — it is not a purchase, investment or confirmed reward.
How we earn trust
We label concept materials, distinguish official Cambodia resources from our independent guidance and publish the date of checks when practical. We do not display made-up customer reviews or represent an unverified branch as open.
